Electronic Statement

Why wait for your bank statements through postal mail?

You can now view your statements through internet banking as soon as your statements are ready. And what's more, it's in a secured environment so you can be assured of privacy and security.

The contents and format of Electronic Statements are exactly the same as your paper statements, which means they are completely familiar to you and easy to understand.

Why is Electronic Statement better than paper statement?

  • Cuts down on waiting time. Your Electronic Statements are delivered to you timely and promptly every month.
  • Prevents any possibility of interception of your statements through postal mail.
  • Enhanced privacy and security as access to your Electronic Statements is through your personal Citicard Identification Number (CIN) and ATM PIN.
  • You can view them, save them or print them - whenever you like.

Here's how Electronic Statements works

  1. Once you have enrolled for Electronic Statements, you will receive an email notification from us as soon as your monthly statements are ready.
  2. You then log in to internet banking with your 16-digit CIN and ATM PIN.
  3. Your Electronic Statement will be presented to you in a PDF format which requires that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have this, click here to download a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0.
  4. With Electronic Statements, you can choose to view them, print them or save them on your computer, whenever you like.
  5. You can view Electronic Statements up to the last 3 months. Come May 2002, you will be able to view your Feb - Apr statements. For now, only Feb 2002 statements are available.
